All Daycare & Boarding is by appointment only. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not accept any walk-ins at this time.

Daycare

• Full Day (Up to 12 Hours): $30.00
  
  • Each additional dog from the same family: $25.00
• Half Day (Up to 6 hours): $23.00
  
  • Each additional dog from the same family: $20.00 

Daycare Drop-Off and Pick-Up:

• Monday - Saturday: 7:00 am to 8:00 pm
  
• Sunday: 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Daycare Early Drop-Off:

• Monday - Friday: 6:00am to 7:00am (No additional charge, just be sure to let us know!)

*Lobby hours may vary slightly depending on staff availability and/or capacity restrictions

Boarding

All boarding includes daycare, is kennel-free, and is staffed 24 hrs/day.

• One Night Stay: $50.00
  • Each additional dog from the same family: $45.00

Boarding Check-in & Check-out:

• Boarding dogs must check-in BEFORE 3:00 PM.

This is to ensure they have time to acclimate to the group before bedtime. It also minimizes interruptions during dinner preparation and administration.

• Check-in after 3:00 PM will incur a “Late Check-In” fee.

      In addition, if we do not have adequate time to safely complete the introduction, or if the Clubster is being disruptive to the group, they may need to be separated from the group overnight.

THERE WILL BE NO LATE CHECK-INS FOR HOLIDAYS/HOLIDAY WEEKENDS! CLUBSTERS MUST BE CHECKED IN BY 3:00 PM OR THEY WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY TO CHECK-IN!

• Check-out for overnight boarding is BEFORE 3:00 PM.

This allows us time to properly prepare and administer dinner and minimizes interference with our high volume of daycare check-outs.

• Check-out after 3:00 PM will incur a “Late Check-Out” fee.

Check-outs between 3 PM and 8 PM (6 PM on Sundays) will incur a late check-out fee. Check-out after 8 PM (6 PM on Sundays) is not available. Late check-out fees are as follows:

Individual Clubster: $15.00

Two or more Clubsters: $20.00

Please remember that these policies are to help provide a safer and more efficient service for everyone!

Note: Reservations for overnight boarding around major holidays require a deposit that is only
refundable if the reservation is canceled 7 days prior to the start of the reservation. Additional
stipulations and requirements may also apply. Unfortunately, we are unable to make a
reservation until this deposit is made and all requirements are met. Thank you for your understanding.
